The Yaquina Art Gallery and Gift Shop is located in the historic Nye Beach District of Newport, Oregon. The gallery was established for the purpose of exhibiting and selling the work of the Yaquina Art Association members. A portion of proceeds from the sales have been maintaining the gallery and help fund a scholarship program and tuition-free art classes for the community.
The Yaquina Art Association has been committed to supporting the local artists. All of the work exhibited in the gallery are by the local artists (Lincoln County Residents). YAA also host annual juried arts shows and bi-monthly artist spotlight exhibits throughout the year.
